This weeks recipe of the week, is another fantastic recipe from our favourite celebrity chef Jamie Oliver. With the winter months fast approaching we thought it might be a good idea to start introducing some soul warming meals, and there is nothing better than a hearty steak and ale pie to fill you up after a hard days work!
Made using the finest skirt beef which is readily available at our butchers shops or through our online sales section, this meal is a must when we are feeling weathered. An alternative to skirt beef is also diced chuck steak which is perfect for stewing, casseroles or any type of slow cooking!
