The lamb and rosemary burgers have had the same recipe for decades and if its not broken why fix it. Made with trimmed cuts of lamb shoulder and a rosemary seasoning, the perfect alternative to a traditional beef or pork burger.
All our burgers are to be prepped and cooked similar. Perfect on the BBQ in the summer or on the grill in the winter these burgers are easy alternative dinner or tea for t he whole family. When prepping your burger you should push a teas spoon size imprint into the centre of your burger, this will allow the burger to cook evenly, add a little oil to your grill, BBQ, or pan before adding your burgers, then cook for around 4 – 6 minutes per side until burger has been cooked through (Internal temperature of at least 74°C.). Place on a bun with all your fillings and relish. And there you have the perfect burger.
