These gammon joints are rolled from only the finest gammons, beautifully lean throughout with a thin layer of fat and rind, which makes these perfect for roasting in the oven or even boiling if desired.

Gammon joints are brilliantly versatile when cooking as you can boil them, roast them or half and half. You want to cook your joint for 25 minutes per 450g on around 180°C or equivalent.
