Drumsticks are taken from the leg by removing the thigh leaving meat around the leg bone. Drumsticks can be easily eaten by hand making them the perfect finger food.
Drumsticks are versitile and delicious when marinated and cooked on the BBQ in the summer or oven roasted. You could even use them in a hearty winter casserole.
Cook until the the inside temperature of the meat is at least 74°C.
