Our chicken wings, in everyone’s favourite hot and spicy marinade. Fantastic once the skin has crisped up in order to give them that extra flavour. Great for finishing off on the BBQ also.
Preferably, these hot and spicy chicken wings want to be cooked on a high temperature but cooked thoroughly. This will ensure the skin goes nice and crispy. Making sure the internal temperature of the chicken wings is at least 74°C.
