Manage

  • We receive orders by fax, phone call and answer phone the day before a delivery is required. (However we make every effort to be flexible and are capable of delivering additional items as and when required)
  • Any specialist items i.e. sausages must be ordered the day before.
  • We offer a refrigerated delivery service.
  • We enjoy a good rapport with customers and liaise closely with relevant personnel to ensure that we are providing an exemplary service.

Monitor

  • All records of orders and specifications are maintained for reference.
  • Orders are checked before delivery.
  • Customers are given courtesy calls in order to ensure product satisfaction. 
  • Staff are continuously monitored and trained since we strive to maintain standards and our reputation of innovation.

Develop
